Edge Takedown is a bow made with great attention to details.

The limb sockets' retainers have been rounded evenly, the obtrusive tool-less bolts have been replaced with flush keyed bolts, and the riser as a whole has been smoothed and rounded for a sleeker form.

These subtle improvements are topped off with a red accent running through the core and a finer finish than the alternative.

The bow can be shot either off the shelf with a rug rest & strike plate, or off an optional elevated rest.

Beautiful and cleanly crafted riser made of solid wood with red trim. This riser with traditional screw cap for the combination with the Spark limbs lies well in the hand and is stable.

Traditional riser with ILF system made of Zebrawood and black Micarta with red interspace. The ILF system is suitable for all ILF limbs available on the market. By the Tiller screw the Tiller is adjusted and the weigth (+/- 3 pounds). The riser is also equipped with the alignment of the limbs. The combination with Micarta increases the weigth of the riser which also damps most of the vibrations.

Take Down riser in 3 different versions and 2 different lengths 17" and 19" available. The Gecko riser are slightly deflex and have a handle that fits very well in the hand. The design is modern and results in beautiful chromatic colour combinations. Beautiful hunting riser in 17 inch, weighing just under 800 grams, made of stabilised wood and equipped with ILF receiver system. Due to the stabilised wood, this riser can be easily cut over the middle and thus has a good centre shot, it is also torsionally stiff and thus helps to achieve a quiet shooting behaviour. Latitude II Riser with ILF attachment features a NEW FLECTING ALIGNMENT SYSTEM that makes the riser more robust and less prone to breakage.

Manufactured from a laminated wood, it features colours in which the colour and grain of the wood combine to create a unique arabesque on each piece. In fact, the various coloured and grey/black layers alternate in a non-constant manner over the thickness of the wood and the result is therefore always new and interesting. The riser is equipped with an adjustable limb screw and alignment system. There are no threaded holes for adding accessories.

COMBINED LENGTHS OF RISER WITH RECURVE Limbs: The power of Olympic recurve bow limbs is measured on the basis of a 25" riser. If those same limbs are used on shorter risers it must be considered that they will develop 1# more power per inch of length lost.
Example: a 30# Cross Carbon limb on a 19" Latitude riser develops approximately 36#. Also consider that power is always measured at a 28" extension and that each additional inch of extension increases the power developed by approximately 2#. All of these figures are to be considered APPROXIMATE as different limbs geometries give different results.
