Modeled after the original, famous Kodiak bow, the Kodiak Magnum was first introduced in 1960's as a bow hunter's dream due to its short 52" AMO and ease of maneuverability. The nimble, versatile design struck a chord with hunters who valued its blend of agility and power, and it's been proving its worth ever since. For 2022, the Kodiak Mag celebrates its 60th anniversary and receives a new look. A new single piece shedua riser featuring an inlaid black stripe is capped with black and white fiberglass and sports limbs overlaid with clear maple cores, backed and faced with high strength arctic grey fiberglass. The tips are handcrafted and layered with black and white fiberglass for added durability.

In 1967, Fred Bear introduced the legendary Kodiak Hunter. The bow was an instant success with its smooth draw and incredible speeds. For 2022, the Kodiak Hunter returns with updates to further enhance the shootability and blistering performance. The 2022 Kodiak Hunter features a 60" AMO designed for hunters that want a longer AMO than that of the Hunter's sibling, the Kodiak Mag. The new Kodiak Hunter is crafted with a shedua riser, black stripe, and sensational grey glass limbs. The all-new Kodiak Hunter joins the growing family of Kodiak models next to the Super Kodiak, Kodiak Mag, and iconic 59 Kodiak.

Nineteen sixty-seven marked the end of an era and the beginning of a new one at Bear Archery, after 17 years of production the Super Kodiak replaced the very popular Kodiak line of bows. The same craftsmanship has stayed true over the past 45 years making this bow a legend just like the man who once mastered it.
Fred used this model bow for many years on quests for African lion, cape buffalo, Alaskan polar bear and the British Columbia grizzly bear. Still to this day the Super Kodiak is one of the smoothest, finest shooting bows available.

The Hopi is the perfect bow for those taking their first steps in archery. This powerful hunting one piece recurve really impresses with its great looks. Being a compact bow of 60” it offers an excellent shooting “feel” right out to its maximum draw length of 32”. The Ming is a somewhat special equestrian bow, as it has two cut-outs for the arrow rest and can thus be used RH-LH despite the sighting rest and is therefore very practical, also for courses, rental or as a bow for the whole family. The Redden is a new version of the popular Dymond. The biggest difference is in the riser which consists of two colors. Both in the well-known Dymond wood.
