To allow us to manufacture these targets we developed a compression machine that forces the layered foam sections tightly together throughout the assembly process. This "pre-loading" forces tension into the targets making the foam layers much tougher in use. Each target is pre-compressed to a minimum of 2,000Kg (size dependant) and held under tension with the Kevlar reinforced strapping. Weather and ‘pass thorough’ resistant. - Easy to remove arrows. - Modular cassettes can be re-positioned, reversed and then replaced. - Lasts up to 8 times longer and generates much more compression force than conventional layered foam targets! - Highly resistant to target ‘twisting & bowing’ in use. - ‘T-handles’ allow compression adjustment as targets wear.
