After more than 70 years, Zwickey's classic barbed broadhead is back! First designed and manufactured by Cliff Zwickey in 1939, only a few thousand were made before Zwickey discovered barbed broadheads were not legal in all states. Consequently he was forced to cease production. These amazing broadheads nearly became extinct, save for the broadhead collector's market.
Over the years the Cliff Zwickey Broadhead has gained an almost legendary status among broadhead collectors and bowhunters. As their fame and value grew, Jack Zwickey knew he had to re-introduce these amazing broadheads.
Patented Zwickey construction puts the bulk of high carbon steel up front for bone-busting strength. Each head is individually heat treated. There are no cut-outs to impede penetration. Zwickey's are noted for their ability to slice through the ribs of Cape Buffalo and keep on going. The Cliff Zwickey Broadhead is no exception.
As Lamont Granger says: "This historic, elegant broadhead brings back the Witchery of Archery with its amazing quality and classic design. When you put one on your arrow, you'll realize: 'This is what a real hunting arrow should look like.'
